Confirmed with EBgames (phoned multiple stores in Perth) that the street date has been broken and are ON THE SHELVES ACROSS THE COUNTRY
Strategy guide is still not available i'm afraid.

Luckily for me even more considering monday is a public holiday in Western Australia so I couldn't buy it till original release date anyway.

The company will be in alot of trouble I assume, but surely there's a reason to break it? Oh well aslong as they don't change their minds within the next hour

Relax, i have confirmation that EB Games Australia REQUESTED permission to sell the product early. The rumour going around is K-Mart (as usual) broke street date... cos you know... they dont give a donkey's rear end about games.

EDIT.Nevermind sorry I misread you! Yeah the Store Manager at the Perth City EB said that the street date was broken and it's on the shelves...didn't say why or how. Oh well, 30mins left!!
