I think I'd just lob a couple of grenades at that door while everyone else was figuring out that equation...

I think that I would just follow the Cat to see where it went.

Lara wouldn't fit in the box, I guess.

She could takes years to train the cat to pull a switch that opens the door from the other side... Talk about a long game! I'll stick to the grenades...

Maybe the box is hyperdimensional?

I don't think anyone posted this before but apologies if they have. The original page is gone from the original site but you can still see it in Google's cache:

Sheds a little more light on the situation!

Hmm, I don't get it. Who is supposed to be speaking there, someone from Crystal? If so, who exactly is it?

It's one of the artists from Crystal. I bet Eidos weren't too happy about him bashing Core in public since Core are still indirectly working for Eidos through Rebellion now. Hence the blog has now been removed.

In a last ditch effort to remain a company they were hard at work trying to take a project right from under our noses. Check out this video, in it you will notice that it's Lara Croft and what...she's raiding tombs. But what isn't initially apparent is the fact that we had NOTHING to do with this. We just found out that Core was trying to sell this Tomb Raider to SCi and take back the franchise right from under us. You can imagine that most of the staff here at crystal was not too please by the move and we all would be downright ****ed if we lost that IP. But luckily, SCi did not bite on the project and Core has recently been bought out by Rebellion. The weight of the situation is huge. I mean here they probably spent 6+ months developing this half game and in the end nothing comes of it. I love it, serves them right, and anyway, after Angel of Darkness came out, who wants Core to handle any project anymore? Especially Tomb Raider, they beat it into the ground. Cheers, TGIF.
That's nice...

I'm not surprised there's "competition" between the two groups though. And really, I'd take anything one side said against the other with a pinch of salt... It's to be expected.

Although... I do feel that the people at Crystal have no respect for what Core did creating TR etc, and this does nothing to dissuade me from that feeling.

Not totally rejecting or knocking what Crystal have done with TR, I do wish Core had won the franchise back...
