Default Tomb Raider: Legend Appreciation Thread

I think it's about time those of us who love Tomb Raider Legend should have a place safe from the haters where we can share why we love this game and what made it such a great game for us. I loved Legend because of the new Lara model the environments, I'll never forget seeing that waterfall in ghana and diving down into the beautiful cool water. Entering the temple in Nepal and many other wonderful moments. This game really brought joy back to my heart for the first time since playing Last Revelation. I find myself playing it over and over because it is just calling me to play it. Well I could never truly let you guys know how much I love this game so come forward and let us know why you love this game.

Haters stay away, you may look but please don't touch.

Does this mean you will stay in here and not post in the other threads that complain about TRL?

TRL was great, I had a real feeling of accomplishment when I finished playing it. The graphics are beautiful and the new controls are fabulous. I could go on and on about how this game is the greatest thing since sliced bread, but I'll just stop here.

Well surely as a Legend Fan we must fight for our game, so I will continue to defend Legend when need be. But this is our safe haven for praising the game without being attacked.

Well outside this post people can fight til the death, I mean if they want to creat a Tomb Raider: Legend Hater's Thread, that's fine by me. But this place is to appreciate the game, so there should be all love and no glove.........hate.

I love this game. I bought it online when it came out (I was not even in the country at the time). When I got home in June, the game was waiting for me and I REALLY enjoy it.

Ghana is so nice. I stand up there on the cliff, stare at the waterfall, listen to the beautiful music... so nice. The voice-acting is superb.

Ghana, that is my favorite level. The minute you stand before that huge waterfall, then you jump off and feel how high that was. Then the moment you kick the mechanics and the curtain of the water slides away and you see that huge tempel, beautifull. Then those traditional tomb traps (I missed the darts though). Very well done.
